Narendra Modi watches The Light: Swami Vivekananda

Makers of Hindi biopic The Light: Swami Vivekananda organized a special screening of the film for Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad. Modi saw the film with Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State, MLAs and other dignitaries.

Speaking after the screening, Modi said that he thoroughly enjoyed watching the film and complimented the cast and crew for their efforts. He stated that through this film the youth can get inspired a lot.

 

He even declared that the government would make the film Tax Free in Gujarat. The film produced by J Misra, directed by Tutu Sinha, has Deep Bhattacharya plating the role of Swami Vivekananda.

 

Several monks from Shri Ramkrishna Mission were present at the screening too. The film is slated to release on August 23.
