FIR filed against Genelia
The pretty Genelia D'Souza (now Deshmukh) found herself in the midst of an uncalled for controversy when a local court in Hyderabad directed the police to file an FIR against the actress. The FIR was registered on Saturday evening with regard to a complaint filed against her for being the brand ambassador of a Hyderabad based real estate firm which allegedly duped people after grabbing their land. Genelia was the face in the company's ads, brochures etc.
The actress meanwhile has denied being part of any such scam saying it was just a one off shoot which she did many years ago.FIR filed against Genelia
