For this look, Malavika opts for a crimson lehenga ensemble that draws on the visual appeal of traditional festive dressing. The fluid, translucent red fabric features delicate golden zari stripes, intricate floral motifs and gilded borders, lending the outfit a layered, textured finish. The heavily embroidered blouse, detailed with dense metallic threadwork, adds structure to the ensemble while contrasting with the softer drape of the dupatta.

The accessories further reinforce the traditional mood. Malavika pairs the outfit with layered gold jewellery, including stacked antique-style bangles accented with emerald and ruby tones, an elaborate statement ring and ornate jhumkas. The jewellery complements the rich colour palette without taking away from the embroidery and detailing of the lehenga.

Her beauty look follows a similarly classic approach. A dewy complexion, naturally sculpted brows and warm terracotta-toned lips complement the crimson ensemble. A sleek, centre-parted low bun, adorned with fresh white gajra, completes the look, while a delicate red bindi adds another traditional detail.

The setting also contributes to the overall aesthetic. Seated beside an antique bronze vilakku, Malavika presents a look that draws from old-world Indian styling while retaining a polished, contemporary finish. The combination of rich colours, heritage-inspired jewellery and understated beauty details makes the ensemble a reference point for festive and wedding-season dressing.

Malavika has continued to expand her presence across Indian cinema, sharing screen space with actors including Thalapathy Vijay, Mohanlal, Dhanush, Chiyaan Vikram and Karthi. In 2026, she made her Telugu debut opposite Prabhas in The Raja Saab and appeared in the Tamil spy thriller Sardar 2 alongside Karthi and S. J. Suryah. She is also set to feature in projects including Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Pocket Novel and Idhayam Murali.
