Kartik Aaryan extended his support to filmmaker Luv Ranjan and the team of Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar as the romantic comedy arrived in theatres. The actor shared a nostalgic message on social media, recalling the beginning of his career and his association with the filmmaker who directed his debut film.
Directed by Anuj Saini and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar features Sparsh Walia, Alisha Chopra, Sakshi Vaidya, Kunal Vaid, Sargun Kaur Luthra and Tushar Chhibber in key roles. The film follows a close-knit group of friends as they navigate relationships, life changes and school reunions. With its focus on young relationships and old memories, the romantic comedy explores themes of friendship and first love.
On the film’s release day, Kartik shared its poster on his Instagram story and wished the team well. His message reflected on his early days in the industry and his professional association with Luv Ranjan. The actor wrote, “This takes me back to the beginning of my career. Best of luck Luv sir. And the entire team @luv_films”
Kartik’s message also brought attention to his long-standing association with the filmmaker. The actor made his acting debut in 2011 with Pyaar Ka Punchnama, directed by Luv Ranjan. The film gained popularity for its portrayal of friendships and relationships, helping establish Kartik as a familiar face among audiences. Their collaboration continued to be an important part of the actor’s early career.
His latest social media post serves as a reminder of that association, with Kartik extending his wishes to the filmmaker as Luv Films introduces a new ensemble of actors to audiences. The message also highlights the professional connection between the actor and director, whose collaboration dates back to Kartik’s first film.
With Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar now in theatres, Kartik’s shoutout adds a nostalgic touch to the film’s release. His message celebrates the journey that began with Pyaar Ka Punchnama while extending support to Luv Ranjan and the team behind the new romantic comedy.
