Today is the birthday of that special someone who can very aptly be conferred with the credit of 'Revolutionizing Bollywood'. Till the time she entered films, the word 'cabaret' was considered to be a taboo of the highest order in Bollywood. But, her 'élan-filled' performances of cabaret numbers on-screen, took the same to a different level altogether, so much so that till today she remains the undisputed dancing queen in Bollywood and needless to say a Dancing Diva!
She is none other than tinsel town's very own Helen, whose 'Yeh mera dil pyaar ka deewana' and 'Mera naam chin chin chu' remain the most eternal dance numbers till date. Helen has to her credit, zillions of films like Aawara, Howrah Bridge, China Town, Pagla Kahin Ka, Khamoshi: The Musical, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam etc... which gave the cinegoers reasons galore to flock into the theaters over and over again!
