Vinod Chopra denies argument with Big B over Ash

Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films has issued a press statement, which is being reproduced verbatim:-
“Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films denies all the speculations regarding any argument between Mr. Vinod Chopra and Mr. Amitabh Bachchan regarding the casting of Ms. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in our new venture TALISMAAN. Ms. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was never approached for the film and neither have the Bachchans approached us on her behalf.
“TALISMAAN is inspired by the novel 'Chandrakanta' and will be directed by ad film-maker Ram Madhvani. The cast of the film is yet to be finalized. It will be announced at an appropriate time. We request everyone to ignore the baseless rumors and speculations.”
