Rang De Basanti writer to direct an animation film

Writers turning directors is not a new phenomenon in Bollywood and the latest writer who seems to have been bitten by the direction bug is Kamlesh Pandey. The veteran writer of films like Rang De Basanti, Tezaab and Saudagar will be turning director with an animated film Krishna- The Prince of Love.

The film, presented by Percept Picture Company will present Krishna as a youth icon. Krishna- The Prince of Love is slated to release sometime next year.
