Shah Rukh Khan After seeing and hearing King Khan here, there and everywhere talking nineteen to the dozen about OSO, Chak De India and the six-pack abs , it would be nice if SRK takes a short sabbatical for a while. In fact, just as he declared that he was unemployed he has been flooded with offers for films, T.V. shows, and even being part of cricket tournaments and award shows. God when will this guy take it easy for a while!
Anurag Kashyap With his last release, (The Return of Hanuman) having flopped, the latest SMS joke doing the rounds is 'Agar picture bekaar ho, toh usse bhagwan bhi nahin bacha sakte'. It would do Anurag and all the movie-goers a lot good, if the director instead of wasting time by writing blogs and taking potshots at his colleagues, invests the same amount of time in working on more meaningful and less complicated scripts.
Habits they say die hard. While many of us make plans and resolutions each year-end, to give up smoking, to shed some of that extra flab, to reach work on time, to control splurging etc., very few of us actually succeed.
Why only the common junta, even our very own tinsel-town stars do make resolutions which usually appear in each and every tabloid around the year-end. However, now that we are in the year 2008 in full swing, we at Bollywood Hungama decided to go on a different trip and speak about our wish-list for our very own B-town celebs. So go ahead, read on and find out what habits we wish our Bollywood celebrities should change this year.
Brand Bachchan Well, it would be quite a relief to hear Papa Bachchan's interviews without mentioning the word 'beta' and 'bahu', AB Jr.'s interviews without the word 'Pa' and Ash's interviews without the mandatory giggling. Are we asking too much?
Rakhi Sawant Rakhi Sawant just can't stay away too long from her 'Midia'. First the whole Big Boss episode after which she cried foul over the format of reality shows, then the Nach Baliye drama where she walked out of the sets when she was not announced the winner. What's more she didn't even spare her beau Abhishek recently and had her favorite 'Midia' covering their break-up and even Abhishek's efforts to patch up with her, live on television as 'Breaking News'. Wish she could distance herself from the 'Midia' for some time. People sure have much better things to do on Valentines Day than watch her slapping her beefcake boyfriend. And just as we write this they supposedly are back together. Yaaaaaaawwwwwwnnn!
Salman Khan While the beefcake actor surely must be on cloud 9 after unveiling his wax replica at Madame Tussauds in London, we hope the phirang influence doesn't rub off on him too much. Sallu dear, we are all quite bored and irritated with your by now famous accent and would really be thrilled if you can get rid of it this year. If you need help, it won't be a bad idea to take out some time and sit with Katrina during her Urdu and Hindi diction classes so that both of you can be accent-free completely.
