Sharing a memory from shooting Baaghi 3, Ahmed Khan revealed, “When we worked on Baaghi 3, I liked the fact how he didn’t treat me as a kid because he has seen me grow up, but as an abled director who is handling this project. Having said that, everytime I met him I became a child.”

Filmmaker Ramesh S Taurani who has over the years worked with Bappi Lahiri arrived to pay his respects as well.

Veteran playback singer Nitin Mukesh was snapped arriving at the late Bappi Lahiri's residence to pay his respects to the departed.

TV star Sakshi Tanwar who shot to fame with soaps Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and also featured in the Aamir Khan film Dangal, was also present at the late Bappi Lahiri's residence.
