Lahiri, who popularized disco music in Indian cinema in the 80s and 90s, died following multiple health issues on Tuesday night at the CritiCare Hospital in Juhu. He was 69.
TV star Sakshi Tanwar who shot to fame with soaps Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and also featured in the Aamir Khan film Dangal, was also present at the late Bappi Lahiri's residence.
