Alia Bhatt recalls calling Ranbir Kapoor after her first interaction with Gal Gadot on Heart of Stone set: “I was like, ‘Ranbir, she made me coffee. Can you believe?’”

In the high-octane world of a spy thriller, where alliances are ever-shifting and secrets lie beneath every surface, Heart of Stone promises an adrenaline-pumping thrill ride led by none other than the duo of Gal Gadot and Alia Bhatt. Another key player in this ensemble is none other than the talented Jamie Dornan. Alia Bhatt, Gal and Jamie had filmed several interviews before the SAG AFTRA strike in the US. The Bollywood star recalled meeting Gal Gadot for the first time and what went down after that.

Alia Bhatt recalls calling Ranbir Kapoor after her first interaction with Gal Gadot on Heart of Stone set: “I was like, ‘Ranbir, she made me coffee. Can you believe?’”

In a chat with Film Companion, Alia Bhatt recalled meeting Gal Gadot and she made her coffee even after a hectic week of shooting. “I have to tell this story because it’s the first impression I have of Gal beyond what I saw on screen of her as this massive star. We went into her trailer, Tom (director) and I, and she had just finished filming. She had a whole week of hectic work and she was tired. She was so warm and she asked us if we wanted coffee. And I was expecting someone to walk in with coffee but she went and she made the coffee herself in her trailer and she gave it to us,” she said.

Alia recalled calling her husband Ranbir Kapoor to tell him what had happened. She added, “I remember speaking to my husband Ranbir after that. I was like, ‘Ranbir, she made me coffee. Can you believe? Wonder Woman made me coffee.”

Alia further said, “She’s so warm, grounded, caring and this film she was also a producer so this was really her baby. She really started this film and the vision of it from scratch along with the other creators.”

Heart of Stone will release on 11th August!
