Sharvari recently shared a special moment with one of her biggest inspirations, Madhuri Dixit, as the two actresses came together for a dance to the title track of Yeh Prem Mol Liya. The collaboration brings together the veteran star, who remains closely associated with Sooraj Barjatya’s iconic family entertainer Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, and Sharvari, who is set to headline the filmmaker’s upcoming romantic family drama opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Sharvari expressed her admiration for Madhuri and described dancing alongside her idol as an unforgettable experience. She wrote, “So honoured to receive this much prem from one of the OG Rajshri heroines of Sooraj Barjatya sir.. the one and only Madhuri Dixit ma’am Getting to dance alongside my idol feels surreal and soooo special Thankyou ma’am, you are the best! The moment also draws a connection between two generations of Rajshri heroines. Madhuri became synonymous with the banner’s celebrated cinematic legacy through Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, whose music, dance sequences and emphasis on family continue to resonate with audiences. Sharvari, meanwhile, is preparing to take on a leading role in Sooraj Barjatya’s next directorial, carrying forward the filmmaker’s signature blend of romance, family relationships and celebrations.
Titled Yeh Prem Mol Liya, the upcoming film marks Ayushmann Khurrana’s first collaboration with Barjatya. The actor will portray the titular character Prem, with Sharvari playing the female lead. The film is positioned as a musical family entertainer rooted in traditional Indian festivities, wedding rituals and the dynamics of a joint family.
The ensemble cast includes Anupam Kher, Supriya Pathak, Seema Pahwa, Saumya Tandon, Shaad Randhawa and Swanand Kirkire. The film’s music has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
Produced by Rajshri Productions in association with Mahaveer Jain Films, Yeh Prem Mol Liya is scheduled to release in cinemas worldwide on November 27, 2026. Sharvari’s dance with Madhuri has offered audiences a nostalgic connection to Rajshri’s past while building anticipation for the upcoming film.
