The much talked about Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 released last Friday to a good response from the audiences. Based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar, the film sees Hrithik in a never seen before avatar.

Collecting Rs. 50.76 cr, Super 30 has managed to become Hrithik Roshan’s fifth highest opening weekend grosser. The business of Super 30 does not manage to surpass Hrithik’s previous releases like Bang Bang that collected Rs. 94.13 cr, Krrish 3 that collected Rs. 72.8 cr, Agneepath that collected Rs. 67.50 cr and Kaabil that had collected Rs. 67.46 cr. However, Super 30 does out beat the actor’s other releases like Mohenjo Daro that collected Rs. 30.55 cr, Kites that collected Rs. 30.50 cr, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara that collected Rs. 28.25 cr and Guzaarish that collected Rs. 15 cr.
Currently, with little to no competition Super 30 continues to run in theatres. In fact, trade predictions state that while the business of the film will see a dip in collections on its first Monday, chances of Super 30 reaching the Rs. 100 cr mark by the end of its first week are bright.
