After much fanfare and elaborate promotions around the country, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani starrer Jugjugg Jeeyo released in theatres on June 24, 2022. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul and introduces Prajakta Koli to the big screen audience. While the promotions were grander than ever, the film has shown a growth of 44% in national multiplex chains on Day 2 as compared to Day 1.
In this box office report, we take a look at the business of JugJugg Jeeyo, while breaking the same into collections generated from national multiple chains. As per the report, the film collected between Rs. 1.6 crore on Day 1 at Inox chain of cinemas and followed up with Rs. 2.35 crore on Day 2. At PVR Cinemas, the film collected Rs. 2.55 crore on Day 1 and Rs. 3.75 crore on Day 2. Similarly, the film collected between Rs. 78 lakhs on Day 1 in Cinepolis chain of cinemas and collected Rs. 1.18 crore on Day 2. The total collections from these 3 chains of cinemas on Day 1 was Rs. 4.78 crore and Rs. 6.88 crore on Day 2 which was a 44% jump as compared to Day 1.
