Dhurandhar The Revenge Worldwide Box Office: Ranveer Singh’s juggernaut reaches Rs. 1133.05 crore globally, emerges as 4th All-Time Highest Worldwide Grosser; Jawan’s Third spot just ₹15 crore away

The numbers that Dhurandhar The Revenge is now posting belong to a conversation that very few films in Indian cinema have ever been invited to join. A worldwide gross of Rs. 1133.05 crore places Ranveer Singh's Jio Studios production firmly in the top five of all-time Indian box office history, sitting ahead of Pathaan (Rs. 1050.30 crore), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs. 918.18 crore), Animal (Rs. 917.82 crore), Secret Superstar (Rs. 875.78 crore), Stree 2 (Rs. 874.58 crore), and Chhaava (Rs. 797.34 crore) the finest collection of blockbusters that Hindi and Indian cinema has produced across the last decade. And yet, astonishingly, the film has not yet reached its ceiling.

The single most arresting figure in Dhurandhar The Revenge's current standing is not where it sits, it is how close it is to where it is going. Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan's spy actioner that rewrote the rulebook for Hindi cinema in 2023, holds the third position with a worldwide gross of Rs. 1148.32 crore. The gap between the two films as of the current count stands at just Rs. 15.27 crore, a whisper of a margin that the film's daily global collections are expected to erase before the day is out.

When that happens, Dhurandhar The Revenge will become only the third Indian film in history to cross Rs. 1148 crore worldwide and it will have done so with considerable room still left in its theatrical run. The third position, once claimed, will not be a fleeting perch. It will be a settled rank, with Pathaan in fifth position nearly Rs. 83 crore behind, an insurmountable gap at this stage of the film's lifecycle.

A deep read of the data tells a story that goes beyond the headline worldwide figure. Dhurandhar The Revenge has collected ₹690.50 crore in India nett making it the highest-grossing film in the country on that measure since the original Dhurandhar (Rs. 895.96 crore). Its India gross of Rs. 857.76 crore is equally formidable, trailing only Dhurandhar's Rs. 1057.80 crore in the all-time domestic gross rankings.

The overseas component Rs. 275.29 crore, while not the largest in this top 10 (that distinction belongs to Dangal's extraordinary Rs. 1430 crore and Bajrangi Bhaijaan's Rs. 473.26 crore, both driven by their massive Chinese theatrical runs), represents a healthy and growing international footprint that is materially contributing to the worldwide tally in real time.

Perhaps the most remarkable observation within the all-time worldwide top 10 is the combined dominance of the Dhurandhar franchise. Dhurandhar sits second with Rs. 1350.83 crore, and Dhurandhar The Revenge is about to claim third at Rs. 1148+ crore. Together, the two films represent over Rs. 2483 crore in worldwide gross a combined total that exceeds the individual lifetime collections of every other film on this list, including Dangal (Rs. 1968.03 crore) and Jawan. No franchise in the history of Indian cinema has placed two entries so high on the all-time worldwide chart simultaneously.

Above the second-placed Dhurandhar sits one film that appears, for the foreseeable future, untouchable: Dangal at Rs. 1968.03 crore worldwide. The Aamir Khan wrestling epic's staggering global total is almost entirely a product of its extraordinary Chinese theatrical run, which added over Rs. 1400 crore to its global tally a phenomenon that was unique to that film and that era of Indian cinema's China access. Dhurandhar The Revenge's worldwide collections are being built on a far broader, more geographically distributed base, which while commercially formidable, does not have access to the single-market turbocharger that made Dangal what it became. Catching Dangal is not on the cards.

What is on the cards today is a third-place finish in Indian cinema's all-time worldwide rankings. For a film that had already delivered the greatest opening weekend in Indian history, that would represent not just a commercial achievement, but a definitive statement about the staying power of what Ranveer Singh and Jio Studios have created.

The throne may have two occupants above it. But the climb continues.
