I loved the first half.... but the second half is not my cup of tea.... its extremely emotional and tends to drag at the end. Also the second half is inspired from "50 first dates" starring Drew barrymore and it was a wonderful movie to watch... trust me "U Me aur Hum" is not even close to that.... However on a whole the movie is watchable specially due to kajol... She is wonderful, Ajay didn't suit the role of a lover boy...
