Nice film, but that funny. Wish that the duration of the film has 30 minutes more. Nethertheless, it's a light and enjoyable film. And, Akshaye Khanna's quality of acting is worth to mention. He is in good shape as an actor.Amrita Rao's chemistry with Akshaye Khanna is so real that they look as real lovely couple. So, at least on the whole Shortkut is better than the brainless and lousy Kambhakkt Ishq.

The last hopeless movie I saw was Tashan and thought nothing can get worse than that but no our bollywood does come up with more idiotic and pathetic films I have seen Shortkut....I was aghast and want to ask a question to Mr Anil Kapoor What was that made u make such a boring piece of cinema...arshad warsi is wasted amruta rao tries to look sexy when she is not and akshaye khanna lets not speak abt him. It's a small film with a serious subject treated humorously and with an important lesson about not taking shortcut to success. Akshaye Khanna is superb in the movie and his finest performance is fabulous. Amrita Rao looks hot and refreshing. Of course, it's not a great film but I can say that it's a sweet film.
