Mr. John Abraham you left no stones unturned to give a perfect #RAW. Bollywood doesn’t do well with basing its films on real-life events because it mostly has no idea how to straddle the line between fact and fiction, which is so crucial to the genre. It overdoes things, and turns them into melodramaand schmaltz. But but but ‘RAW’ plays it right, and gives us a portrait about the true incidents happened in the period of 70's, even if things slow down and turn a trifle repetitious post interval.But overall, ‘RAW’ is a good film which can be recommended... Solidly plotted, Better Screenplays, well executed and well-acted. Just lose the songs (not obviously required for movies like this) Recommended. 8 stars ????

RAW, is a spy thriller with typical story plot. The first half is quite slow paced which picks up in later half. Last 30 minutes are quite interesting and surprises audience. John abraham has done a good job. Mouny Roy has very limited Scope. Rajesh Shrungarpure got enough screen presence. but one who steals the show is Jackie Shroff. He is wonderful as RAW chief. After such a long time get to see Jackie in such kind of serious role. Overall good movie. One time watch.
