RA ONE- The hugely marketed and advertised movie ever i feel. There had to be some reason behind this magnitude of publicity and the outcome is simple- THE MOVIE IS A BIG DISASTER!! It falls flat at almost all the places. Script is the heart of a film and it was horrible. Wonder how such experienced Khan accepted to do this and moreover produced it. Honestly, It was just like watching a game's game-play and i wouldn't have even liked to buy this game. Script was weak completely. Screenplay had no sense. Dialogues at a couple of places were good like the one regarding 'smoking' but rest were bad including cheap and vulgar ones which included the discussion on 'Con**ms' and u expect it to be a child entertainer with a 'U' certificate. Unwanted cameos by Sanju baba and the 'overacting' priyanka chopra. Rajini's entry was just a formality to sell the movie and create a buzz. Infact, the kid played by armaan verma is smarter than all the people in the film and guides them what to do and how. The Game is launched but he developers have not crossed level 2- Stupid. Finally, SRK, wonder whats the matter with you. Your intention seems to be only to beat Salman and Aamir whereas it should be about making quality movies. You cannot make it to them so easily by making such complicated,mindless,stupid sci-fi film which was way too hard to imagine for a normal person, u expect kidz to udnerstand??? Please leave this industry coz u hail urself all the time.U are not the best!! sorry!!

Yikes!!!! cannot afford to waste any more time on this movie...only reason m writing this is to alert other people, and tell them to do anything else, but don't waste your money on this movie....its a disgrace. if u still feel u shud watch it, wait for a little longer...m sure they are going to sell the satellite rights to some dumb tv channel...u can watch it then...Pls avoid this torture in theatres....

RA.ONE might surely be one visual spectacle from start to end, boasting of one of the best computer graphics ever seen in the Indian Cinema ever, perfectly knit with a story that is Indian at heart, and has some great performances from the leading cast, with a special mention to the kid, Armaan & the evil Arjun Rampal, but sorry to say, it ends up being a VIDEO GAME for children, nothing else! The movie is Robot meets Terminator meets Tron Legacy meets Toonpoor Ka Superhero (climax especially) with some stunt inputs from Spiderman. Indian cinema still has miles to go before coming up with a superhero movie. Infact this one doesn't even get above our own ROBOT. All I can say it is meant strictly for kids! P.S. Watch it in 3D, you might like it better!

Don't believe the reviews. every individual has their own set of mind, everyone goes to watch in different mood and different aim. I won't say incredible, awesome, fantastic, mind blowing nothing. Just go watch and then decide by your self that how much you liked it or not. there are heaps of political minds working in bollywood guys but finally use your own brain if you are smart enough. Thanks for reading.

Ra. One was so much marketed by Mr. Shahrukh Khan that expectations were larger. The film was compared to hollywood standards. In India, Ra. One can be compared to Krishh & Robot. Hrithik Roshon made better superhero then shahrukh khan. Robot was far better film then Ra. One. Technically also, Robot was above Ra. One. Shankar is better filmmaker then Anubhav Sinha. The age is showing on Shahrukh's face. He looks jaded and old. Shahrukh doesn't suit the role of superhero. Kareena Kapoor, Little Kid and Arjun Ramphal are the saving graces in the film. Shahrukh Khan needs to go back to his romantic films. Leave action films to Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan.

The complete movie was like a Video game fantasy movie. They just show anything is possible. The narration made is not clear. It disjoints us a lot. There are lots of unnecessary scenes, songs which they should have left behind. As its a sci-fi movie these aspects should be avoided. So while the cameo by “Superstar Rajinikanth” comes at an interesting juncture, it ends as abruptly, without either of the two stars really getting a chance to dazzle together. I didnt understand why Rajinikanth was needed.

Went to see the movie to support Shahrukh. Technically the movie is good. but story wise it is CRAP. I watched this movie in Elk grove, CA due to the hype created by promos but the movie falls flat when it comes to mature audience. The theater was almost empty except for 2-3 families. The movie is for kids only and but then there are several places where the kind of language that is used is VERY UN-APPROPRIATE for the kids. some scenes have crude humor. Chamaak Chalo song is only for FRONT BENCHERS.
