What else can you expect from Karan Johar. He is like our politicians All Talk and No Action. Don't know why people still think he can make movies. His movies has never been entertaining. What a waste of my money. I simply waited till I finished my coke and popcorn and came back. Guys this movie rocks if people struggle to sleep at night. I strongly recommend this movie for someone whom I hate the most. Atleast this way they can go and waste some money.

This movie doesn't live up to the hype. This movies lacks direction and is around a topic which is way old.The 9/11 tragedy happend in 2001,the movie shows incidents which happened in Nov-2007.We all know,who live here in USA that those incidents continued to happen for around 2-3 yrs after 2001,but anyway. Moreover,there are some very stupid and baseless stuff like there is no one to arrive at the storm-hit town in Georgia but our hero arrives there without any problems. The tv crew also finds a way to telecast live from there but the tv newschannel says that because army is busy in Iraq,govt has no resources to help out..what a bummer. Right from the beginning to the end,the movie is full of baseless assumptions like:
1)how can Shahrukh's brother get US citizenship so fast,it takes anywhere close to min of 10 yrs to get there
2)why Shahrukh's mother is so ignorant abt the normal kid when she is so understanding abt Shahrukh's situation.
3) Why does Shahrukh never makes any eye contact with the person he is talking, he has asperger's syndrome but he is intelligent enough to understand that basic communication rule.

Dear All, Please go & watch this movie its really worth watching. It really entertains throughout & at the end gives us a strong message of not differentiating persons by their religion but do it by the actions they do. Superb Acting by SRK, excellent looks of Kajol & direction, script like never before by Karan Johar are some of its strong features. After a long time, it felt as if someone is really trying to spread some message rather than just doing his business. Though it may sound you artificial, but its true & if movie like this will work, at least some change will be there in the mean mentality & constantly spreading selfishness in people in entire world. **** -Aashish.

Time for some HONEST reviews! I am a big fan of Taran Adarsh Reviews and I can say with certainity that this movie has been hyped up like anything. Neither is this movie "great" nor is this "bad". It is a pretty average, infact slightly below the bar movie. Seeing the review, I was very excited and rushed to the movie and came out disappointed. Trust me guys this is a very average movie that at times gets very boring. Dont waste your money, wait for the DVD. This aint worth it. Sharukh's acting though is very good. He carried this boring movie on his shoulders with some very good histronics. Kajol looks old. The whole episode of floods is fake and cud have been avoided. The final episode of meeting a "president-dupe" is the worst part of all and made the movie look cheap.
