Ok so i saw the promos on TV and i thought to myself - wtf? What is this low budget nonsense. Then I saw Randeep Hooda is in the film so my interest picked up - i had previously watched him in Rubaru and was pleasantly surprised. So here i was on Friday night bored out of my mind and wanted to just chill and watch a movie - escape to somewhere. This is exactly what the movie does for you - if you go in with no expectations you might actually enjoy the ride! Ok so i've read Taran's review and i'm not surprised. I have to admit that it's not a deep story, it's not fantastically written or picturised, there aren't any good songs but after all this - the movie still entertained me. I loved Randeep's character and i wonder how much of the 'real' Randeep came out in this role - i mean the knee high boots (from randeep's polo playing days?) and the trumpet and flute playing (ok i know he plays saxaphone but same difference nah?). Overall i think if you want to just loose yourself in meaningless carefree escapism then you'll enjoy this. Don't look for big sets or elaborate dances and costumes. Raima is very convincing in her role and plays it well. Arbaaz is - arbaaz again from all his movies - didn't see anything new. Randeep was charming and by the end of the movie every girl(and some guys) would wish they had an imaginary friend like him. Don't knock it until you try it!
