Shivdeva Films and PJP Films LLP's Matto Ki Saikil is the story of a poor construction worker and his bond with his 20-year-old cycle. Matto (Prakash Jha) is a man of very limited means. His bicycle is mode of transport that he takes to work every day. The cycle is... more than just a vehicle to him as he believes it is his lifeline. One day, his cycle is caught in an accident with a tractor and it gets badly damaged and is believed to be beyond repair. Matto feels incomplete without his bicycle and it also impacts his work. He starts to bunk work and his schedule goes for a toss because of his cycle. Will he be able to afford a new cycle is what forms the rest of the film.
