Outstanding movie...if it was made 10 yrs back. Utter waste of time..as its made in 2009. Performance Direction are no doubt excellent. But Can’t believe the script which has so many loopholes was beleived such a hot property within bollywood.How can A list stars & Director like Vipul shah go ahead with this type of script, with such high budget and a musical film with not even one song worth mentioning.
To start with, though Salman acted very well I was not able to connect emotionally with his charachter, because he was shown characterless, & brain dead who cant see his best Pra's agony. Ajay was the only saving grace in this movie with honest performance, but his heart change in the end with just one stupid lecture from Om puri(again wasted)just shows that scriptwriter was in hurry to end his job.And what we can say about Asin. How a simple girl like her can fall in love with characterless Salman's character. Her dressing sense were way beyound pathetic.Atleast some one should have given her some nice dance steps.Movie was based on live music concerts.Cant believe that director was actully thinking that audience will digest that british audience will actually go ga ga ga over Ajay's & salman's 'Barso yaraa Barso re' song with one hand up in the sky dance steps.
I still prefer my 'Rock on' movie which had better music..better stage concerts picturization, better freind jeolousy story etc etc.
Cant beleieve some people are posting here that this was outsatnding movie. No never..box office results shows it all.
