The music of Let's Dance is superb, much better than the lousy 2.5 stars Joginder Tuteja rates it. The problem with Tuteja's rating, is that he is hugely biased based on the composer and the "largeness" of the film. Anu Malik's Kambhakkt Ishq is far inferior to the music of Let's Dance, yet it receives a 3.5 stars. Let's Dance starts off strong with a great title song that grows on you after a few hearings. Taare Todh Ke and Jaana Hai are superb slow songs. Sansati is definitely a cool track with a lot of style. Tumse Iqraar isn't bad, and Koshish Koshish is another brilliant rendition. The instrumental numbers are pretty good too. Some are a bit too heavy on the reggae, which is seen in a lot of them, but some others, Suhani Madness for instance, are almost at par with the A.R. Rahman's instrumental tracks for Slumdog. Overall, a great album that doesn't dissapoint. The only slight letdown is the variety, as all songs seem to be western-style based (which is necessary for the film).
