First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to Ashutosh Gowariker for successfully presenting a very great movie to watch. A great epic film that has been created with amazing and an inspiration to those who watch. Strong acting from the whole cast. Includes set and background music persona. One of the best gifts for the independence of India.
DIRECTING :
Ashutosh is a brilliant story-teller. The way he handles this movie is amazing. This is one of the best from Ashutosh even audience would often compare his recent films to Lagaan.
ACTING :
Abhishek Bachchan gives a good quality of the acting and his dialogues as to give a meaning to the revolution that is shown in the movie. Deepika Padukone in a challenge to bring her character, even though it looked as the heroine is not full in this film but the inspiration for the character of a woman who wishes to be revolutionary at the time are has to be praised. Sikander Kher too good and his character live. A smart acting has also been shown by Vishakha Singh. And that should be noted is the strong acting of the supporting actors, especially young cast. They give their best in this film.
MUSIC :
Music by Sohail Sen looks like background music but it is very effective, especially when the war began. His music has soul and suits for the periodic drama film.
