well I m not the hater andim not a fan of any specific actor , but I do love films , when I se this movie it a worst attempt to make remake like this , well the problem with this movie is its quality is too low compare to the original movie, which create a mass hysteria before, the way original movie touches you make you laugh , cry its realy awesome, in this remake the problem is worst acting of salman, poor s screen play and dillogues, poor direction of detailing and perfecction it looks they movie going very fast , salmaan is supposed to be retire army officer , does his look cloths his hair his colour full specs or talkinng resembles any army officer, they way he crys and bite? this is the serious role they way chiranjivi playedd it it suites him , there is no match, I hv seen salman playing same charecter with samee heiredo and the perssonality his acting is like he is making fun all the tiime, u see all movie he nothing but olaying same role he is supposed to understand the role and play it seriously , sorry boss but tht detailing is missing the best example I can put forward of amir khan compare his role n personalities in his movies every time tthere is versatility, or christian bale, this movie is serious topic but I bellive the team make toohurry to relelse this movie , there is lac of perfection and detailing , sorry boss but it dosent toch the way orignal movie does.t.

Salman Khan is one such star who has been entertaining the Bollywood film industry for 25 years. Many naysayers believe his films are illogical but do Salman's fan even care about? Jai Ho is well- intentioned but is handled by an amateurish director. Jai Ho tells story of ex-army office Jai(played by Salman Khan) who has heart of gold and helps the one in need. After few tragic incidents, he comes with a idea where he encourages the other people whom he has helped to help three more people rather than saying thank you. Jai Ho is directed by Sohail Khan who gave us cheerful Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya and duds like Auzaar and Hello Brother. The movie begins on high note with grand entry made by Salman( always welcomed by shouts and whistles in the cinema hall). As the movie progresses, you are greeted with unnecessary insertion of characters and half-baked romantic track. The movie turns sensitive when Salman comes with chain-of-helping idea followed by tragic incidents. It is here when Salman's outburst into anger, flexing his muscles and fights off the goons in well- choreographed action scenes. In second half, movie again goes into hibernation mode but bounces back with well executed action-drama ending the climax on a good note. Direction-wise Sohail Khan do gives you some good moments but still has long way to go. Screenplay is like a roller coaster ride. Art direction and cinematography is decent. Dialogues are punching. Music by Sajid-Wajid is a big letdown. Performance wise, it is Salman Khan all the way. He emotes well, spurts out fiery dialogues and is excellent in action scenes. Among the crowd, Tabu stands out with her brilliant performance as Salman's sister. Child star Naman Jain brings down the house with his funny antics. Jai Ho has right intention in place. It is a treat for Salman's fan. Good 3/5

A must watch for every INDIAN.. and not only Salman's fans..I watched it yesterday in California..it was house full on Friday evening show and people were loving it..At the end People were clapping.. I have not seen this kind of public reaction in US for any other Indian movie before in past 17 years....JAI HO....Loved it
