A Rock Solid Entertainer is what DMD is actually. Really I did not go with much of Expectations to watch the movie but when I came out I had just a one word.Superb. Abhishek Bacchhan has done the maximum justice to the role of Vishnu Kamath. The 1st Half is terriffic.The Second half is yes a bit lengthy but not at all boring and the movie succeeds in keeping your attention throughout Upto the end. Rohan Sippy's direction is of Top Notch and the Editing is Razor Sharp. The Title Track is lavishly shot and Deepika is looking Stunning. Go Watch DMD and have an insight of the Goan Culture. Overall Superb!!!!!!!!

goa--paradise on earth but with its own qoutient of dirt in the form of drugs, sex and booze..the drug lords misues the innocent to make hay while sun shines and the catastrophes that result form the crux of the interesting non linear narrative..there,s the no nonsense acp vishnu kamath<played acurately well by ab junior>, the middle class loverboy with big dreams who takes the wrong route<the vulnerably arresting prateik babbar>, the quiet musician whose tragic personal lifeputs him on a mission<the arresting rana daggubhatti> and the happy go lucky girl who is a victim of her intentions to soar high but accidentally again in the wrong path<bipasha basu in a stunning role which would back up her lamhaa > and the mean drug lord who will kill to gain<the dangerously suave aditya panscholi>..whose lives intertwine under strange but realisitc circumstances..the hoard of supporting characters- anaitha nair plays tani, prateiks lady love with aplomb, sadhasiv amarpukar??,plyas the sleazy cop in the interrogating team and theres a wonderfully restrained debut<dont know the name> by the actor who plays mercy de costa in the investigating team..the actors giving enough flesh and bllod to the characters they essay make an interesting watch..the stunning photogrpahy and the edgy background score coupled with the high octane drama and action make dmd a must watch..

An excellent thriller after a long long time. Mr. Abhishek Bachhan has done a commendable job in the role of ACP Kamath. He has infused life into his power packed role. Mr. Aditya Pancholi has impressed alot in negative shade. Rana Daggubatti has given a very decent performance and not to forget Prateik Babbar who has looked quite innocent in his role as a boy next door. Ms. Bipasha Basu too has played her part very well. Mr. Govind Namdeo is as usual good in the role of corrupt police official. Overall the movie is very impressive and hard hitting with best of dialogues. In nutshell it is a roller coaster ride all through... Thumbs up for the direction of Mr. Rohan Sippy... Definitely a must watch.

DMD is a mut watch...THe non-linear story telling awfull suspense..acting by all the actors...The soulful music with "Title song"& "TE EMO"...Deepika's item number & Bipasha's beauty makes it a must watch...ACtually the only one minus is that the film looses its grip in it's second hour & very slow paceing in second half while in the first half it is excellent not just excellent it's a perfect suspense thriller..I hope the second half can be much more better than first half..If you think that there is only sex & drugs so it's not wheneever the neccessity is there than there had been used but story is excelllently narreted in the first half...

Dum Maaro Dum is an angry beast of a film.This proves to be the greatest, and most unexpected and unpredictable, of masterstrokes that Rohan Sippy affects the movie with. Limbo is what most of these characters are in… even the otherwise-villain Biscuit has a genuine moment of feeling betrayed… and the feeling of being ‘lifeless’ is felt tangibly real for every one of them. Most of all for Kamath, as played effectively here by Abhishek Bachchan in a performance that exhibits rage of a different kind from the one he displayed in Raavan. This one is scarier, though subdued… perhaps his ghostly gait makes him the perfect fit for this role… but really, this is a performance that just gets better as the reels keep unspooling… emerging as one of his top three ones maybe by the time the film finishes to a whopper of a climax where the ‘ghosts’ become the only warriors to battle the ‘darkness’.
