The movie shows that if you have different ideas to blend it with some straightforward direction,still you can win the battle.
Some comic sequences are really hilarious especially the one when Paresh Rawal gargles and the entire family gets frightened.
Good Performances by Ajay,Konkana and Paresh.

Ashwani Dheer's Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? was a complete package of humor, emotions and tragedy but dissociates in some places. The film had a very realistic and good start but also sounded a bit vague at times. Paresh as the shameless atithi played his role amazingly well and created endless humour. Some of the scenes in the film looked repetitive like paresh's farts. The audiences would love the traditional knowledge given by atithi to Konkona's child and also the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi festival will be highly acknowledged. It is the story of a married couple, Puneet [Ajay Devgn] and Munmun [Konkona] who are staying at Mumbai. They were leading a peaceful life until their so called Chachaji [Paresh Rawal] comes to there house from a distant village. This unwanted guest settles with them without any invitation and has no plans to go back to the village. The couple faces a number of tortures like change in the menu forn lunch and dinner, he does not let them switch on the air conditioner and sleeps in there bed room, gives unwanted knowledge to there son. The couple trys all the best possible ways to send this guest off. And also hires a don to get rid of the atithi. And the climax of he film is also beautifully presented. The competitive role played by Ajay was great. Konkana shows a great blend of spirituality and emotionality in her performance. Paresh Rawal's lazyness and his gyan contributed to both humour and emotions. Ajay's son starts taking parikrama of his parents and the scene where atithi apologises to Ajay is highly emotional. Pritam has given appropriate music for this movie. The scene where they have showed a raid in the hotel where Ajay shifts with his family and also the one where Ajay hires a don to escape from the atithi looked unwanted and over done. These were some of the short coming of this movie. Some parts of the movie aren't so natural. On the whole, ATKJ is the good timepass movie.

After Aamir Khan, I love Ajay Devgan...very versatile actor, trying all kinds of role. He is a great comedian. Konkona, always loved her; she is beautiful and so funny (espcially the bye bye scene to Chachaji). Paresh...good to see him with different co-actors other than Akshay Kumar. He was amazing.
