Named after three megastar Khans of Bollywood, Amir, Salman and Shahrukh is about the three men who like many others in India dream about having a big break in Bollywood.

Amir, Salman and Shahrukh as the name suggests behave like their favourite heroes that they are named after respectively. When Salman... receives an opportunity to make it big in the world of glamour after signing a film with the Showman himself, Subhash Ghai, obviously the trio is thrilled. However, Salman’s dreams are thrashed when his heroine, coincidentally named Ash walks out of the film stating that she doesn’t want to work with an actor, who is a look-alike of a top notch star. Subhash Ghai though finds a replacement in a model named Kareena, he too backs out after he starts receiving underworld threats over Ash’s exit.

On the other hand, while the dejected trio try to get hold of their failing careers, they are helped by Kareena’s father. As things start falling into place after they discover a lost script of a good film by chance, Amir, Salman and Shahrukh get into a web of secrets and as they unfold they come face to face with a past that they were unaware of.
