Malavika Mohanan recalls first meeting with Prabhas on the sets of The RajaSaab: "I was super drained and tired but…"
The teaser of The RajaSaab hints at a shift in tone for actor Prabhas, featuring creaking doors, shadowed corridors, and an eerie atmosphere. The visuals lean heavily into horror-fantasy elements. While her character remains tightly under wraps, Malavika shared a moment from the film’s shoot on X about her first ever meeting with Prabhas.
She posted, “We’re buzzing with the excitement of #TheRajaSaabTeaser so I’ll answer this one first (smiling emoji) I would say one of the special moments for me was the first time I met Prabhas sir on the sets of our film. I was shooting for another film & had travelled to Hyderabad without getting any sleep & was super drained and tired but the moment I saw Prabhas sir I was wide awake! He was charismatic, warm, welcoming & might I add a fantastic conversationalist! (White heart)”
Backed by People Media Factory and produced by Viswa Prasad, The RajaSaab is slated for release on December 5, 2025, in five languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film features music by Thaman S and is set on a large scale.
