Rakul Preet Singh has been a fitness freak, coming from a sports background; this does not come as a surprise for any of her fans. Her love for fitness shows in her Instagram posts when she uploads videos of her workout, be it Yoga or Pilates. However, one thing we did not expect her to excel so beautifully in was a dead lift, but she loves surprising her fans.
Recently, we got our hands on a video where she is performing a deadlift with 160 pounds and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Dead lifts can be really tricky and dangerous if not performed with the proper technique. Looks like, Rakul Preet Singh loves and believes in improving her abilities with everything she takes up.
