Shah Rukh Khan's latest film Jawan is not only a massive success at the box office but has also sparked an unprecedented frenzy among his fans. One fan's extraordinary dedication recently caught the attention of the superstar, leaving the internet awestruck.

In a heartwarming and viral video, Anees Farooqi, an ardent SRK admirer, went to great lengths to watch Jawan, even though he was on ventilator support due to a severe medical condition. Despite his critical state, Farooqi was determined to experience the magic of SRK on the big screen. Reacting to the remarkable gesture, SRK expressed his gratitude on social media. He reshared the video of Farooqi's unwavering devotion and wrote, “Thank u my friend May God bless you with all the happiness in the world. I feel very grateful to be loved by you. Hope you enjoyed the film. Lots of love.”

Talking about the film, Jawan is a Red Chillies Entertainment production directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film made its grand release on September 7, 2023, captivating audiences in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Interestingly though, Jawan which has managed to capture the audiences’ attention is still going strong in theatres. In fact, with little to no competition, the business of the film is more than likely to near the Rs. 550 cr mark at the box office by the end of its third week running.
