Amitabh Bachchan is all praises for son Abhishek Bachchan as he bags awards; see post

After receiving an award at the fourth edition Indian Sports Honours, Amitabh Bachchan congratulated his son Abhishek Bachchan. He also shared words of praise for Junior AB for winning an award for his film Dasvi and his Kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers winning the Pro Kabaddi League last year. He shared pictures on Instagram of his son posing with his awards.

In the pictures, Abhishek Bachchan, who was wearing a black suit, was seen holding his trophy and admiring it in the first image. The following image shows him posing with yet another award. Abhishek was sitting on a chair while sporting a pink and blue attire. On a table next to him, a picture of his daughter Aaradhya Bachchan could be seen. Sharing the pictures, Amitabh wrote in caption, “YEEEAAAAHHHHHHH .. Abhishek ! my pride. FilmFare Best Actor - DASVI ..Jaipur Pink Panthers , which you own, wins Championship League in Kabaddi ..And .. now JPP wins the Virat Kohli Foundation Sports Honours trophy versus other league teams of Football and Cricket ! 2022-2023 WHTCTW !!!”

 

 

Abhishek commented on the post, “Thank you, Pa. Love you.” Reacting to the post, a fan wrote, “Dasvi is so well deserved @bachchan Sir. Loved your performance yet again! You must feel mighty proud @amitabhbachchan Sir,” another user commented, “Truly deserving.” Several fans also congratulated the actor for the win in the comments section.

 

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was seen in quite a few interesting projects last year, which included Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva, Uunchai, and Goodbye. The actor also hosted yet another season of his TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati. As for his upcoming projects, he will be seen in the Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon starrer Ganapath – Part 1, which is slated to hit the big screens on October 20, 2023. Besides that, he also has the much talked about Project K starring Deepika Padukone and Prabhas in the pipeline, which will be releasing in 2024.

 

As for Abhishek Bachchan he was last seen in the latest season of Amazon Prime Video’s popular series Breathe: Into the Shadows. The series also featured Nithya Menen and Amit Sadh, and it managed to garner rave reviews. He has a bunch of projects in his kitty including the sequel of The Big Bull, along with an untitled film with director R Balki.
