Box Office: Uri beats Baahubali 2; becomes the highest all-time highest fourth weekend grosser
The Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri – The Surgical Strike released weeks back, and has been dominating the box office register since then. After successfully running to packed houses for the past three weeks Uri has managed to start of 2019 on a high note.
In this box office report we take a look at the fourth weekend collections of Uri while comparing the same to previous releases. Collecting a massive Rs. 18.67 cr on its fourth weekend Uri has stunned one and all with its collections. In fact, the film has managed to surpass the fourth weekend collections of Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion that had collected Rs. 18.30 cr to become the highest all-time fourth weekend grosser.
If that wasn’t all, the collections of Uri – The Surgical Strike also managed to surpass certain other releases like 3 Idiots that collected Rs. 10.31 cr, Dangal that collected Rs. 10.24 cr, Stree that collected Rs. 9.28 cr, Padmaavat that collected Rs. 8.75 cr, PK that collected Rs. 8.65 cr, Baahubali - The Beginning that collected Rs. 7.70 cr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs. 7.69 cr, and Tiger Zinda Hai that had collected Rs. 6.85 cr.
But with Uri still managing to draw in audience all that remains to be seen is whether the film continues to sustain business in its fifth week as well.
