Raveena takes a break:

Raveena Tandon has decided to take a two-month sabbatical from work. I've been working round-the-clock for several months now and it was time to take it easy, before my body gives up. Hence, this holiday, Raveena tells me. The past few months have witnessed Raveena essaying a variety of roles, on and off the screen. Besides completing her various assignments, the actress had been busy with her first home-production STUMPED. And now that STUMPED will open in a few days from now, the actress has decided to start two more films under her banner Reel Life Entertainment. The first film, Raveena confides, will be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, while E. Niwas will direct the second. Everything right from the script to the casting is in the finalisation stages and the actress turned producer will start planning her next move once she resumes work from mid-July. While on Raveena, the actress is very excited about her performance in EK SE BADHKAR EK, directed by Kundan Shah. I can proudly tell the world that this would prove to be my best performance, says the actress, who won a National Award for her performance in Kalpana Lajmi's DAMAN. As a repartee, she adds, I hope people take me seriously as an actress after this film.
