Milind Soman wins the Ironman Triathlon

Model turned actor Milind Soman recently made big news after having won one of the most challenging races in the world, the Ironman Triathlon.

 

In fact Soman, who won the trophy at the age of 50, completed the course in a time period of stunning 15 hours 19 minutes. Tweeting about his success Milind Soman posted, "One Ironman - Done smile, beautiful experience, finished in 15hrs.19min thank you for all your good wishes people, your love makes a difference."

While Milind Soman has been training for the past six months for the race, the course included a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2-km cycle ride and 42.2-km run without a break.
