A fall on the sets of The Rising

By Bollywood Hungama -

An accident occurred on the sets of Aamir Khan's 'The Rising' a few weeks ago. Cinematographer Himmam Damija (Boom) fell down from a height of about five feet while he was taking a crane shot. The mishap happened when the crane collapsed injuring Himman's back. He was immediately moved to the hospital and is still recovering. And though his condition is not very serious presently; the doctors have advised him complete bed-rest.

In Himman's absence, director Ketan Mehta has roped in Jehangir Chowdhury to shoot his film who in most probability will complete the remaining portions of the film.

Incidentally Jehangir was the cinematographer of Aamir Khan's debut film Holi, which was also directed by Ketan Mehta.
