veer is a larger than life kinda movie. great acting, big budget (never seen such a huge movie in Bollywood. When a salman khan movie releases, it always has a lot of expectations. sometimes these expectations are so huge, that a very good movie can also bring in negative reviews. dev d was an example, which came in as a surprise because hardly people would have expected this kinda storyline and acting from an abhay deol starrer.
Salman khan, as usual carries the whole film on his strong shoulders. Mithun da supports Salman very well. Sohail khan is a utter waste, he doesn't deserve to be in a epic film like veer. Jackie is strictly okay. Zarine khan is very very beautiful, but she has got lot to learn when it comes to acting.
direction is okay,cinematography is mindblowing, dialogues are good, the thought behind the story is nice,but screenplay is what has been a let down. sajid-wajid have been a disaster as music directors except for surili ankhiyon wali(rahath sahab we love u).
SALMAN KHAN- U HAVE DONE POSSIBLY EVERYTHING TO MAKE VEER-AN EPIC LOVE STORY OF A WARRIOR. BEING UR HARDCORE FAN,I AM THE HAPPIEST PERSON AS I SEE YOU WORK HARDER AND HARDER DAY BY DAY TO BRING OUT THE EMOTIONS OF A WARRIOR,A SON,A LOVER AND AS A FIGHTER IN A SINGLE MOVIE. HATS OFF TO YOU SIR.U WERE JUST FANTASTIC IN THE MOVIE.
YOU HAVE AGAIN GIVEN A BREAK TO A NEW HEROINE-ZARINE KHAN. HOPE SHE MAKES THE MOST OF IT.
