The Imtaiz Ali directed venture Jab Harry Met Sejal starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma released last week on Friday. However, despite the promotions and hype surrounding the film, it has been underperforming at the box office.

While on one hand the business of Mubarakan is unable to surpass the collections of previous films like Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion that collected Rs. 128 cr, Raees that collected Rs. 93.24 cr, Kaabil that collected Rs. 67.46 cr, Tubelight that collected Rs. 64.77 cr and Jolly LLB 2 that collected Rs. 50.46 cr, on the other it does manage to out beat other films like Badrinath Ki Dulhania that collected Rs. 43.05 cr, Jagga Jasoos that collected Rs. 33.17 cr, Half Girlfriend that collected Rs. 32.04 cr, Sachin - A Billion Dreams that collected Rs. 27.85 cr and Mubarakan that collected Rs. 22.91 cr.
