Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun are gearing up for the release of Pushpa 2, set to hit screens this December. The recently released trailer has already created a buzz among fans. Meanwhile, Rashmika shared her favorite photo with Allu Arjun, highlighting the close bond between the two stars.
Rashmika Mandanna took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo with Allu Arjun, where the duo is seen laughing while traveling on a plane. Captioning the picture, she wrote, “I loveeeeeeeeeeeee this pictureeeeeeeee @alluarjunonline sir. This shows how much you make me laugh always.”
On Tuesday, Allu Arjun shared a post on Instagram marking the end of the Pushpa journey. Posting a picture from the movie’s set on its final day, he wrote, “LAST DAY LAST SHOT OF PUSHPA. 5 years JOURNEY of PUSHPA completed. What a journey.”
Pushpa 2: The Rule will see Allu Arjun reprising his iconic role as Pushpa Raj, while Rashmika Mandanna returns as Srivalli. Fahadh Faasil will once again portray Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, the cop and Pushpa's arch-enemy.
Pushpa: The Rule continues from where the first film ended, with Pushpa Raj firmly established as a dominant figure in the red sandalwood smuggling trade. The story delves into his ascent while he confronts powerful adversaries.
Director Sukumar is reportedly working tirelessly to complete production on Pushpa 2: The Rule. Initially, sources suggested that he felt pressured to deliver a remarkable sequel following the immense success of Pushpa: The Rise. However, the filmmaker has since settled into the process and is now focused on wrapping up the project.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with music by T-Series, Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to hit theatres on December 5, 2024.
