The Hrithik Roshan – Tiger Shroff starrer War that released last week has been raking in the moolah at the box office. Directed by Siddharth Anand the film which released across 4000 screens was one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Living up to expectations, War managed to enthral the audience, and keep them in their seats. This is evident from the business of the film that has managed to cross the Rs. 200 cr mark within seven days.

In fact, War that has managed to draw in Rs. 216.65 cr within seven days of its release, with this the Tiger Shroff – Hrithik Roshan starrer has managed to become the fourth film to cross the Rs. 200 cr mark by the end of 7 days. Prior to War, the Salman Khan starrers Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai that had collected Rs. 229.16 cr and Rs. 206.04 cr respectively, followed by the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju that had managed to collect Rs. 202.51 in seven days. If that wasn’t all, War has manged to cross the Rs. 200 cr mark faster than certain other big ticket releases like Dangal that took 8 days, PK and Dhoom 3 that took 9 days, and Krrish 3 that took 10 days to achieve this box office benchmark. However, leading the list of fastest films to enter the Rs. 200 cr club is Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion that drew in a staggering Rs. 247 cr in just 6 days.
