People don't believe those who r saying the movie is awful and are blaming Taran but you think even Taran said that it is not a hard-critics movie and he also said that its a leave yours brains at home comedy. I liked the movie very much and I feel pity on those people who think every film is going to have a hard critics, these kind of people don't have sense to judge a film as this film is only for entertainment and thats why families are loving this. This is what this film is meant for and it gives message to the people and people who think that this film is not good then they don't want these kind of light movies. These kind of people love movies like Partner which according to me had absolute no storyline it was worst than Tashan but I saw that movie while keeping in mind that it is an entertainer not an hard critics movie. So it depends on the point of view thats why they have said on the first three lines of the review that this is for the people who wants entertainment only. So thats why I think people are pathetic who watch the movie from other point of view. So come on people its just a family entertainer don't drag this movie by saying there is no storyline there is but you need to watch this from the entertainer point of view even Om Shanti Om didn't lived up to the hype but still it became a blockbuster only bcoz it was a entertaining.

what is taran adarsh doing????its come to a height of it now.....he has given 4/5 rating for this movie...after tashan he has again failed in giving a good review for the public.....this movie is complete trash.....for katrina its bearable.....but akshay kumar has lost it....javed jaffery was just irritating...om puri was not bad...but overall...dissapointing especially after WELCOME nd NAMSATEY LONDON...taran should be kicked out of the review incharge.....first half was bad...second half got a bit of grip because of katrina.....taran plzzzz dont guide us the wrong way.....its a request..BLOCKBUSTER FLOPPPPP!!!!..

If I met Taran Adarsh right now, I would beg him never to review a movie again. He went ahead and gave this 4/5 on IndiaFM. He said, leave your brain at home and enjoy this exhilarating ride. I should have left my ears and eyes at home as well. This has to be the worst movie that I have ever watched, it is even worse that Welcome (which was written by the same guy and was a very big blockbuster, but as far as I am concerned was completely nonsensical). I do not what were the makers thinking when they made this movie. The writer must have been on drugs when he wrote this piece of crap. The story is paper thin, the plot is stupidly predictable. There is not even one moment in the film where something you do not expect happens. Hell, we have seen this all before. You do not even have to listen to the dialogues because they are insanely predictable. And to top it all, it is supposed to be a comedy, I could not manage a single laugh in two and a half hours. By the end of it, I just wanted to bang my head against a wall, it was unbearable. Where was the fun that you promised, Mr. Adarsh. The acting, quite bearable. Music, quite good actually. But a couple of songs are too forced to be acceptable. On the whole, it as a total no no. If you really want to see this and think you have nothing better to do for three hours, trust me you have. Get some sleep if you have really nothing else to do, I am sure that your bed is more comfortable than the cinema hall for a quite nap. Please do yourself a favour and do not watch this nonsense.

I am a fan of Anees Bazmee movies, I really enjoyed No Entry and Welcome. So my expectations from Singh is King were high. But I was really disappointed.<BR><BR> No need for me to tell the story as most of the people will know it by now. Before watching the movie I had read reviews that said that one should leave their brains at home while watching this movie. So I decided before the movie started not to look for logic and just enjoy the comedy. Alas there was no comedy either. Akshay Kumar tried his best to be funny but the corny dialogues didn’t really help him. Since when has calling people names like bhootni ke and kanjar again and again been funny? Katrina looked glamorous but unconvincing which is surprising since she carried a similar role in Namaste London quite well. Neha Dhupia was completely wasted (I find her a good actress otherwise). Sonu Sood deserved a better role, I think he is a fine actor...his eyes remind me of the young Amitabh Bachchan. The supporting cast (fellow gangsters) was also good and some of their scenes together were funny but not the laugh out loud type. Thankfully there was no vulgarity in the movie.<BR><BR> This movie was promoted as a tribute to the Sikh community but doesn’t achieve it. It just manages to make everybody look like loud bufoons. <BR><BR> Overall I came out of the cinema hall thoroughly disappointed.
