WOWWW!!!! I saw the movie on Wednesday here in UK. the show timings was 22:00. The cinema hall was fully packed. Thats the power of SRK.
Now comes to the Movie.
MNIK is just not a movie but a journey. It's by far the best movie to come out of Bollywood. Great Story, Great Direction and offcourse SRK. How can anyone even come close to his perfromance. I like aamir khan and he's called perfectionist, but after watching SRK portrayal of Riz Khan for me he's the best actor in Bollywood.

Taran Adarsh says Great Comments, “In my opinion MNIK will be to 2010 what 3 Idiots was to 2009. It will infuse oxygen into Bollywood’s veins. The craze for the film worldwide is far beyond what we can imagine. Shah Rukh and Kajol are a screen pair that is adored by millions. When they combine with Karan, it becomes an invaluable combination. he gave 4 and half star to mnik must watch I gave 10 Star

If you are looking for a movie that entertains with a strong message,it is My Name Is Khan.
My Name Is Khan starts off on a serious note with Rizwan Khan (Shahrukh Khan) being detained at the airport and being questioned as to why he would like to meet the president of the United States Of America, to which Rizwan replies " I have something to say to the president of the United States" and " My Name Is Khan and I am not a terrorist".With this Karan Johar sends a bold message to everyone across the world "Not all Muslims are terrorists".
The story then unfolds and goes twirling into the past.
Rizwan Khan (Shahrukh Khan) is a mentally challenged patient suffering from Aspergers Syndrome. His mother played by Zarina Wahab teaches him that this world is divided into two kinds of people, not Hindus and Muslims, but good and bad.And good people always do good deeds that succeed. This is another simple but powerful message delivered so wonderfully by Karan Johar. From here, the story picks up pace.Rizwan goes to San Fransisco after his mother's death to live with his brother(Jimmy Shergill) and sister-in-law (Sonya Jehan). He meets Mandira (Kajol) , a divorced mother with a boy (Yuvaan Makaar). They start a small business together and live a happy life until September 11.Their life is thrown into a hurricane and torn apart and they lose their son in a racist attack that occurs on a soccer field.Rizwan then embarks on an extraordinary journey for love to meet the president of the United States Of America to tell him that he is not a terrorist.
Shahrukh Khan has outplayed all the actors wih his character as Rizwan Khan and it wouldn't be unfair to say he deserves a standing ovation from each and everyone in this world for his performance.Kajol as the bubbly mom fits the role as Rizwan Khan's lover to perfection.
The screenplay by Shibani Bathija is excellent and one cannot but sit enchanted through the movie.
There can be only one word for Karan Johar 's direction, flawless. The best part about My Name Is Khan is that the scenes in which Rizwan is being held captive because he utters the word terrorist, (He actually tries to say "My Name Is Khan and I am not a terrorist"), and the scenes where he rescues the people of the hurricane hit village, you cannot but put yourself in Rizwan's shoes and that makes this movie so mesmerising. I have one thing to say and I say this unbiased,
"My Name Is Khan" is a total package with a very strong message to everyone across the world.
This is one movie you gotta watch.
