Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, the title makes you think about dance. But I can not find any connection in dance and the main story. Its the story of Golmaal Abhi and Prity, who mets at the railway station, and start to flat each other. They set their heros-heroines in the dreams and present to each other for make jealous. They ask the help from another peoples, Bobby Deol, who is Preeti friend and Lara Dutta (who is a prostitute). And the story is how they met at the climax.
The 1st half is entertaining and funny. But when comes to the second half, its missed the train. The main problem is the screenplay and script. The way that they presents the scripts is aweful. The dances and the music are top-noch but their are too many songs in this short film. The editing could've been better.And in Bol Naa Halke track brings you to the Taj Mahel and india while they are in England. No connection!
Neither Abhisheak nor Preety impress much. Abhi look is horrible while Preety bubliness goes over. Bobby Deol and Lara Dutta done good job in their small roles.
On the whole, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom is not merit to be called Movie. This storyless, bad scripted, bad edited and bad performed film will make you more and more angry on that point that why you are watching this movie. I don't understand why Yashraj film produced this film! Its like a over-mured mango covered of good shell (Yash Raj film, stylish promos, good songs) but in reality its a total crap.
