the movie was excellent! the movie released here (fremont, CA) on thursday so i saw the 7 pm show on thursday all alone and then saw the 7 pm show again on friday with family. everyone loved it and i liked it more the second time. recommended to everyone! must watch!

Amazing movie..the story line maybe cliche bt it has been presented applaudably! Well put story, great acting, great direction, and mostly great dialogues..! It mite not be as good a movie to the 23+ than it is to teenagers bt can sure bring back the teenage back in them.! A MUST watch for all teenagers!! Light romantic comedy..amazing!

Its true, now Amir khan should rest as an actor, because his nephew is ready to rock the nation with his performance. What makes the audeince to love this movie is the continuesness of the script. The curicity to know whats next, and the most important, the delivery of the dialogues with perfect timings. The film makers forgot to write scripts on the college life, they did but did't find perfect actor to take the responsibility. Thanks to Amir Khan who introduced Imran Khan instead of Ranbir Kapoor.

Fantastic film... Everyone's acting performance was outstanding... Imraan is the next superstar for sure... Genelia is gorgeous, Prateik Babbar is exceptionally well and stands out in a short role... Naseeruddin Shah & Ratna Pathak Shah are mindblowing and hilarious... Paresh Rawal, Sohail & Arbaaz mark their presence felt... Everyone in the friend circle are fabulous as far as acting is concerned, i think indian film industry has got fresh new talent... The film totally rocks, Rahman's music is fantastic and totally freshen ups the film mood... Cinematography is fresh and colorful... 2 Thumbs Up for Aamir and Abbas Tyrewala's Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na

The 1st word after watchin JTYJN is HAPPY even though the movie story is not NEW 2 INDIAN cinema.The Movie remain U bout Rangeela n DCH so many times but still it works...It is total paisa vasool movie,U cant get more better then this from a Debutant Director n Actors n when U come out from the movie U may get in2 Hrishikesh Mukheerhi movies the halki Phulki comedy with Happy Ending..The climax is so Filmy but it was not at all borin.1st half move like a rocket n in secondhalf the movie got bit lengthy but thanks 2 Aarbas n Sohail they level da stretch part by there presense...N here I m totally disappointed by Taran Adarsh who says thy IRRITATE..actually thy are the only ppl who save the movie whn it was sinkin by there presense..n I m shock 2 C da review of Taran I dont know wat kind of movie he likes...there is No problm in all movie except bit lengthy any how 1 more thng Naseeruddin shah n Ratna Pathak shah element was superb n over all this film is so film n looks so natural the performance r brilliant both IMRAN n Genelia n all frnds n paresh rawal in his very small role of Inspector Waghmare is cool..The music is already rockin n a big Hit n the 1st time director Abbas is prove the point of his ability n the big mind behind dis The Perfectionist Khan he handle the production work so perfectly specially Marketing finally dis PAPPU can DANCE very well I recommend is 4 all 8 to 80 atleast twice.

I really had no expectations from Jaane Tu.. while purchasing the tickets for the movie. I went for it basically for the hype created by various television channels for the movie. I am glad that I went for this movie.. It's been months since I have seen a cute and decent love story after Jab We Met. The response in the theatre was extremely good.. Everybody seemed to enjoy the movie - that's what I can atleast say! The movie is totally youth oriented.. The story is nothing new.. It's sweet, nice and cute.. The chemistry between Rats and Meow is awesome.. Brilliant performance by Imran Khan.. from the promos of the movie, I felt he was stiff and couldn't act. But I was proved wrong.. This guy can act, dance and make people laugh. He definitely has a good screen presence.. Imran has a bright future ahead if he chooses the right roles that suits him best. Genelia is sweet and lovable. She is so lively and natural in her acting... The way she carried the role of Aditi is beautiful. But her range as an actress is limited. I have seen her do only fun-loving teenaged girly roles.. I want to see her do different roles.. I loved Ratna Pathak as Savitri.. The scenes with Naseerudin Shah, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan and Paresh Rawal are funny. Prateik Babbar has got potential.. He didn't have many scenes in the movies.. But from those few scenes that he had, I can say he is very intense and a fine artist. My favorite character in the movie is Jignesh Patel..:D Jiggu is silly, but cute.. Music by A.R Rehman is beautiful. I love the Aditi song.. I wish there were more songs in the movie. Every character in the movie is so life like... I mean I have come across these people in my life too. Kudos to the director Abbas Tyrewala. I wish good luck to Imran Khan and Genelia..

i was against going for this movie but because of friends forced me to cm with them i had to go for it and guess what...i am really grateful to them for making me watch this movie...acting is superb from all the cast...all played out beyond expectations ...especially..Imran khan..(whom i really hated to see on news just because he somewhat overreacts on TV and really who is not more better looking than me..)i thought Imran would be a massive failure...but luks like this boy really pulled out a big one for himself..infact his uncle Aamir khan really paid back for what his(Aamir) uncle did wen aamir gave his first movie.. Oh!!! forgot abt the movie...expect a typical Indian stupid, hopeless teenage romance....ahh! old days of college...music was good too...especially tht "Pappu cant dance" by A.R.Rahman...ahh!! i luv tht one tone in that song the one star i took out because of somewhat lengthy movie... P.S -: dedicating this movie to ma best friend Nikisha....miss ya....
