As a thriller/action genre movie,Ghajini was amazing especially since the kinds which come up in Bollywood hardly leave an impact. Aamir displayed why he is the best in the business. He displayed a full cycle of emotions - comic, fear, angry...the works. He looked old in parts but looked amazing in the action scenes which I must say have been choreographed really well. Rahman's music rocks although songs were story breakers but they bring in light moments with amazing choreography and locales in an otherwise dark movie. Asin has done tremendously well and I must her face is a welcome change from our glamorized full of botox heroines. She also seems to be a better actor playing an effervescent cum emotional character beautiflly. She owed having more screen time as Jiah Khan takes up that time although she does do justice to the deglam role and holds her own in front of Aamir. I will term it as a good Hollywoodish thriller but nicely customized to desi sensibilities and a brilliant portrayal by Aamir.
