This is a french province (Quebec)and people were excited about movie (not only indians)even North american (as movie has english subtitles) Rani and shahid are awsome in this movie. Both look good, As expected rani delivered her best. Good picturization, Songs and rani is best. Good direction, Love u rani

one more panjab film from YRF.... no story... no moments which you can carry after the film.... some points.. 1) 1st aman match doesnt work at all and because of that i dont feel for anupam kher.... 2) sherlin chopra and rakhi sawant hahhahaha why they are there in the film.... 3) its rani's dream ut doesnt seem she is so patinate about her dream 4) climax just doesnt work.. badly executed match.... i have some question after watching film why shahid and rani did this film? did they really read the script before doing the film?

Loved tis movie!!!!!!!!!!!! Personally, i found the movie very entertaining. I had so much of fun watchin it with my friends. It had a good storyline, shahid did his very well so did the rest of the cast. But RANI WAS SUPERB!!!! her comic timing was fantastic.

Thursday evening in Dubai and the theatre is packed with everyone ready to watch Dil Bole Hadippa. Yash Raj carries a tag which families respond to, yet it seems like they are slowly losing their touch. I wanted Dil Bole Hadippa to work because the promos looked exciting and the cast was fresh. In today's Bollywood, there are many stars but very few good female actors. Not being a fan of Rani, I was looking forward to her return to acting. Add Shahid to the mix, and you expect a good movie. The movie's main problem is it's attempt to mix together all the popular genres of Bollywood: cricket, India-Pakistan, women's power, Punjab, and romance. Chak De India worked because Shimit Amin focused on hockey and SRK's passion. Hadippa decides to cater to all audiences, thereby diluting the impact severely. What could have been a really good movie turns into an extremely average one. The good news for Rani fans is that she can still act and manages to look good. Yet she isn't young anymore and the charm which was required for this role is missing. She should take note of Kajol, who sticks to roles which suit her to the T. My main reason for watching this movie was being a huge Shahid fan. Unfortunately, those looking for his acting power from Kaminey will be sorely disappointed. He is there to support Rani but delivers in the few scenes which allow him to emote. He looks great but the chemistry between him and Rani is missing and he seems to be more comfortable with Veer, the male version of Rani in the movie. Here's hoping his next Yash Raj movie has more of him. Overall, it is a time-pass movie with gorgeous locales and comedy but a disappointment. Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra please work harder and rethink your strategy.

Veera Kaur, hailing from a small village in India, works in a local theatre group but dreams of playing cricket for the big leagues. On the other side, there's Rohan, an accomplished captain of a cricket team in England. He has been living there with his mother ever since his father and mother parted ways. Rohan is called back to India to coach his father's cricket team which has been on a massive losing streak. It is then that Rohan calls for team selections and Veera rushes to grasp the opportunity. Unfortunately, because of the fact that she is a woman, she is told to leave the grounds without being given the chance to try out for the team. Veera returns back to her village, spirits crushed. It is there that she comes up with the idea of dressing up as a male to try out her luck at joining the team. Hence, Veera Kaur becomes Veer Pratap Singh! Veera's determination and love for the game and country win her a spot on India's team, led by Rohan. Hilarity ensues as Veera tries to keep up with cricket training and tries to keep her coach from finding out about her true identity.
