Just one word for this movie "Superb".
One thing is sure that Bollywood cannot make hollywood type superhero kind of movies like "Matrix" , "Iron Man" etc., just because bollywood producers or directors doesnot have enought knowledge or technology and secondly Indian desis will not even understand it.. hahahah.
Thats the reason Bollywood producers like Arbaaz khan thought of making a movie with such a story that looks realistic and also understandable & acceptable to majority of Indian people (specially from villages). The reason that this movie is such a hit and has lot of profit, is that the story is simple and related to poor people in India.. (secondly villagers dont do piracy, they go and watch movies in theatres).
