The Concept Is Absorbing.But The Screenplay Does Not Meet The Concept.There Are Some Engaging Scenes But They Are Very few And Far In Between. The First Half Builds Up The Scenario Quite Well. But The Second Half Lacks The Fizz That Is Necessary For A Thriller.Also The 2ND Half Looks Stretched.Dilaouges Are Okay.Music Is Of Fast Forward Quality.Cinematography Is Alright. Direction Is Decent.The Fault Lies In The Screen-play And Not In The Execution.Neetu Chandra Surprises You With A Really Fine Performance.She Enacts The Role With Complete Understanding. Tanushree Datta Is Quite Fair.Rohit Roy Is Routine Anupam Kher Pitches In A Sincere Performance. The Supporting Cast Is Good Especially Mushtaq Khan.Overall,APARTMENT Is An Average Movie With Decent Performances.
