Powerstar Pawan Kalyan to donate a total of Rs. 2 crore to fight the coronavirus pandemic

Power star Pawan Kalyan is popular among people not only for his performance on screen but also for his helping nature. With the rising number of cases of coronavirus in the country, the actor-politician Pawan Kalyan has announced his contribution. The actor has promised to donate Rs. 1 crore to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Chief Minister Relief Fund to fight coronavirus.

He will donate Rs. 50 lakhs each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana CM funds. He took to Twitter to announce the same. Apart from this, the actor has also announced to contribute Rs. 1 crore to the PM relief fund to support Narendra Modi in his fight against the virus.

Taking to Twitter he wrote, " will be donating Rs.1 crore to PM relief fund to support our https://Hon.PM Sri @narendramodi ji, in turbulent times like this. His exemplary and inspiring leadership would truly bring our country from this Corona pandemic."

On the work front, Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback in the acting field with upcoming film Vakeel Saab, which is being directed by Venu Sriram. The courtroom drama has Anjali and Nivetha Thomas in the crucial roles. The film is a remake of the Bollywood film Pink.
